Keep him in your thoughts

Most of the time, when we have to step back from the hobby due to real life, it's because work is kicking our asses or there's strife in our homes or you're sick or there's a death in the family. Things like this happen, and we deal with them. However, when life deals you blow after blow, it's hard to deal, and we need to give extraordinary support and care to the afflicted. Here and now, we have a handler who needs extraordinary support.

Scott Franklin, who handles "Phenomenal" Frankie Scott in several feds and who handled "Broadway" Johnny Doll in the now-defunct LVW, has had a rough autumn so far.

Here's the story.

Scott is genuinely one of the coolest and most easygoing guys that I know. He's always willing to help me or Dave or Shane whenever we need it, and he's always up to handle in a time when handlers are scarce. He's an asset to the hobby, but even if he wasn't, he still needs our support in his time of need. If you're a religious person, please keep him and his family in your prayers. If not, keep him in your thoughts, and regardless of what you are, lend him all the support he needs, even if it's just an ear to listen.

No one should have to go through what he's going through right now, and that's why he needs us.

God's blessing to Scott and all my support. In the short time I have been familiar with his work I have always been impressed.

I'm almost in tears just reading about it. This is horrible.
